Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain pierced jewelry items may be subject to specific inspection and sanitization requirements before a refund is processed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original MARIA TASH packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
